How Do I Register?
Click here to register. You may also contact the CLA Children’s Ministry office at (717) 737-6560.
Online Registration begins April 5. No online registrations will be accepted after 5 pm on Wednesday,
June 17. We strongly encourage families to use the online registration and payment process to enroll their children. The registration is not complete and the child will not be guaranteed a spot until full payment has been received.
How Much Does It Cost?
$15 per child - camp t-shirt included
(Scholarships available – If you are in need of a scholarship, please do not register online. Contact Angie Carpenter at [email protected] or call 717-737-6560 ext 227.)
Will my child choose a different Interest Track each day?
Once a child chooses his/her one (1) Interest Track, they will be required to remain with that activity for the duration of the entire week. Mini-camp kids will follow a separate track and will have an aged based and organized schedule of activities.
Can I make a change to the Track my child is registered?
Changes can only be made to tracks which are open on Monday before the camp starts.
What if I signed my child up for the wrong track?
If there is room in the track that is wanted, we can make the changes at the registration table. However, if the track is full, another track can be chosen. Please double check your choice before finalizing your registration.
Will kids be able to register at the door?
Yes. Registration will be available at MSC, however, we encourage early registration so not to miss the start of the rallies and activities.
Can my child bring their own equipment or personal item?
Yes. They are allowed to bring personal gear which will help with their Interest Track. Please clearly mark your child's name on any balls and/or equipment they may bring for each appropriate sport.
What is the proper dress for the camp?
Please have your child dress for their Interest Track, including socks and shoes for all sports (no flip-flops or sandals permitted), t-shirts and shorts for cheerleading (no mini shorts, dresses or skirts please). NO CLEATS INSIDE THE BUILDING
Can I drop off medication for my child?
Our leaders cannot administer medications of any kind, however, we do strongly encourage those campers who need Epi-pens and/or Inhalers to carry them at all times. An identified wristband will be given to campers with these items or those who have allergies. All Epipens and/or inhalers must be labeled with current prescription information.
When should I pick my child up from MSC?
All children should be picked up at 8:30 pm. Parents may attend rallies, but must sit in the designated parents seating areas.
What happens if it rains?
Our event will take place rain or shine.
Where do we enter the building after arriving on campus?
You will need to enter the building by the West entrance only.
